My item has been dispatched but delivery has been delayed, what should I do?Updated 6 months ago

If your order has been dispatched and is delayed, you can create an enquiry with your tracking number to the courier, as they are a third party operator, we have no control over the speed of the delivery.

If your order has been deemed lost by our courier, please forward the correspondence to our customer care team via email, and we will resolve this for you.
