Online Returns
To start a return or exchange, click here.
- We accept returns and size exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached.
- For size exchanges, simply lodge your return via our online returns portal above and follow the prompts. Please note that stock will not be held for exchanges. Exchanges must adhere to all full-priced return conditions.
- Refunds to the original payment method incur a flat return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Please see here for your country's return shipping fee. Exchanges include free return shipping.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to process your return or exchange once received.
- Please review our returns policy before initiating your return.
Sale Returns
- ‘Final Sale’ and ‘Sale’ items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. ‘Final Sale’ items will be clearly identified on the collection page, product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
Return Conditions
- Swimwear: Must be tried on over undergarments. Returns are only accepted if tags and hygiene stickers are intact.
- Earrings: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Please note: Your order number will be displayed on the returns label we provide you with. Should you return your item independently, you may experience delays receiving your refund until we can identify your package.
