Can I return items that are on sale?Updated a month ago
Items marked as Flash Sale during our Black Friday Sale are eligible for returns in accordance with our standard return policy. These items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition and with tags attached.
Please note that Final Sale items, as clearly stated on the product page, checkout, and order confirmation, are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely regret any disappointment this may cause.
If final sale items are returned to us, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
